My name is Genevieve and I am a 23 year old fitness addict. My gateway drug was running. I’ve always loved distance running and it is probably my favorite thing to do which makes me seem crazy. I am crazy though. I decided to share my crazy by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. So now I am sharing my passion for fitness with clients and hopefully readers as well!
Since I have begun working with clients, I have realized how inaccessible safe and effective workouts are for those who do not want the commitment of a gym membership or fitness studio. I want this blog to be a place that provides professional fitness advice and workouts. I prefer dynamic workouts, I do this by including multiple exercise styles into my routines. My fitness regimen is a combination of running, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)/Circuit Training and Yoga.

I have bee gluten free since 2008 after discovering my intolerance. I would love to share my favorite GF dessert recipes as well as GF pre and post workout foods. I love food and I especially love food that makes me feel good. Eating healthy does not mean breaking the bank! Everyone is born with a different body which has different needs and my diet is not for everyone.
